As a Barbara C. Jordan Leadership Institute Fellow, Undergraduate Welch Scholar, Tri-Beta Biological Honors Society member, and part-time recruiter for Jarvis Christian University, Woods exemplifies service, scholarship, and achievement. He attended 澳门太阳城 MyHBCUMatters summit in Jackson, Mississippi, where he presented a paper on civic engagement and 澳门太阳城 importance of healthcare for HBCU students. To foster civic engagement on campus, he organized impactful events to encourage students to vote in 澳门太阳城 recent presidential election.
